How do I know wheter a motor rack fits on my motorcyle?
Our motor racks can be place on the '09-later Harley Street Glide and Road Glide with 4 point docking hardware kit. More specific information about this can be found on this page.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All our products are made to order in the Netherlands. We start creating your piece of metalwork as soon as you place the order. Once your order is ready it will be shipped from the Netherlands to you. Therefore it will take up to 30 days for your order to arrive.
Can I make changes to the order once it has been placed?
Please check your order carefully before placing it. In most cases it is not possible to change your order after it has been placed. For example when the product has already been produced and/or shipped. Contact us at hello@nysmetalworks.com to discuss the possibilities.
What is your return / exchange policy?
It is possible to return your product within 14 days after it arrived. The product should be undamaged and carefully packed, before shipping it back to us. Please take into account that you are responsible for the shipping costs to the Netherlands. We will provide a refund as soon as the returned product arrives. My order arrived damaged, what can I do?
All our products are tested carefully before shipping. However, I could happen that any damage occurs, for example during the shippment. If this is the case, please contact us at hello@nysmetalworks.com.
Where do you ship to and what are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all US, NL and BE orders. Do you want your order shipped to another country? Please contact us at hello@nysmetalworks.com so we can provide you with more information about your country.
